چکیده

In this manuscript, the electromagnetic (EM) radiation force (RF) exerted on a perfect conductor (PEMC) sphere by vortex (VEM) wave with spiral phase distribution had been investigated. The analytical formulation of EM fields is being done in framework Mie theory, while field expressions are modeled considering features VEM for PEMC sphere. Initially, incident coefficients evaluated using definite integrals. scattering then determined imposing boundary conditions at surface i.e., ????=????, leading to linear system equations computed via solving matrix. So, lengthy calculation yields undetermined scattered relative coefficients. cross-section (????) factors (????????????????) and extinction (????????????????) have computed. influence size parameter (????) beam waist radius (????0) versus angle (????°) RF along ???????????????? has numerically analyzed. As no loss energy occurs inside so absorption ((????????????????)=0), virtue conservation principle then, ????????????????=????????????????. Under specific condition, we implemented present results towards light without orbital angular momentum (OAM) (????=0) plane research work potential applications particle manipulation, optical technology, tweezers.

Electromagnetic Fields inside a Perfect Conductor

1 Problem Show that the electric field vanishes inside a perfect conductor according to " all " definitions of this concept, while the interior magnetic field vanishes only under some definitions. This problem depends on the concept of a conductor, and of a perfect conductor. The phenomenon of conduction of electricity may have been first reported by Gray in 1731 [1], who described experiments ...

Electromagnetic Scattering from a Perfect Electromagnetic Conductor Cylinder Buried in a Dielectric Half-space

An analytical solution is presented for the electromagnetic scattering from a perfect electromagnetic conducting circular cylinder, embedded in the dielectric half-space. The solution utilizes the spectral (plane wave) representations of the fields and accounts for all the multiple interactions between the buried circular cylinder and the dielectric interface separating the two half spaces.

Electromagnetic radiation.

Electromagnetic fields (EMF) are ubiquitous in modern society. It is well known that exposure to strong fields can result in acute effects, such as burns; the mechanisms behind such effects are well established. There is, however, also a concern that long-term exposure to weak fields might have health effects due to an as-yet unknown mechanism. Because of the already widespread exposure, even s...

Electromagnetic Scattering of Two or More Incident Plane Waves by a Perfect Electromagnetic Conductor Cylinder Coated with a Metamaterial

Abstract—Electromagnetic scattering of two or more incident plane waves has been investigated for a perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) circular cylinder, coated with a metamaterial having negative index of refraction. The incident waves are considered for both the TM and TE cases in the analysis. The scattered fields are calculated by the application of appropriate boundary conditions at ...
